Genny Zero Advanced Black – exclusive PT Pro custom paintwork
The Genny Zero Advanced in Black combines self-balancing technology, active body control and exceptional manoeuvrability with a particularly understated and premium appearance.
An important distinction must be made: Black is not a standard factory colour offered by Genny Mobility for the Genny Zero Advanced. The Black version is custom paintwork offered by PT Pro following repeated requests from customers.
You therefore receive an original Genny Zero Advanced technical platform with body panels individually finished in Black through PT Pro. The custom paintwork is an additional PT Pro individualisation service and not a standard manufacturer colour option.
Why does PT Pro offer a Black Genny Zero?
Genny Zero already stands apart from conventional wheelchairs through its distinctive vehicle design. At the same time, several customers specifically asked PT Pro for a Black version.
As Black is not currently part of the regular Genny Zero Advanced factory colour range, PT Pro introduced a custom-painted version in response to this demand.
The Black finish is particularly suitable for customers who prefer a more understated, technical and timeless appearance.
The designation “Genny Zero Advanced Black” therefore describes a Genny Zero individually customised by PT Pro and not a separate model or factory colour offered by Genny Mobility.
Genny Zero Advanced as the technical basis
The technical basis of this Black custom version is the premium Genny Zero Advanced.
The manufacturer currently distinguishes between Base, Plus+ and Advanced. Advanced represents the premium specification and includes, among other features:
- Öhlins suspension
- premium embroidered/quilted seat cushion
- the extensive standard Genny Zero equipment
The Black custom paintwork adds an individual visual finish to this technical platform. It does not create a separate Genny Mobility model.
Every Black Genny Zero is individually produced for the customer
Because Black is not a regular factory colour, this is not a standard colour version produced by the manufacturer.
The Black finish is individually commissioned by PT Pro for the respective order. Availability, lead time, scope and cost of the custom paintwork are therefore agreed with the customer before ordering.
Other individual paint or vehicle-wrap requests can also be discussed with PT Pro. Technical feasibility and the required work are assessed before any commitment is made.
Self-balancing mobility on two wheels
The central technical feature of Genny Zero is its purpose-developed self-balancing platform. The electronic system continuously monitors and corrects vehicle balance, enabling mobility on two parallel wheels.
The system uses a redundant architecture designed for controlled self-balancing mobility.
This fundamentally differentiates Genny Zero from a conventional four-wheel electric wheelchair controlled entirely by a joystick. The rider becomes an active part of the vehicle control concept.
How is Genny Zero controlled?
Acceleration and deceleration are controlled by shifting the rider's body and centre of gravity.
-
Centre of gravity forward: accelerate
-
Centre of gravity backwards: decelerate and brake
-
Steering: direction controlled through the steering system
Genny Zero can rotate virtually on the spot and has a specified turning radius of 0 mm. This provides exceptional manoeuvrability in indoor environments, lifts, shops, restaurants and other restricted spaces.
Safe operation always requires the rider to have the functional abilities necessary to control this active operating concept. PT Pro therefore recommends personal consultation, a test ride and individual assessment before purchase.
Approximately 62.5 cm wide – compact for everyday mobility
The standard Genny Zero configuration has an overall width of approximately 625 mm or 62.5 cm.
This makes Genny Zero exceptionally compact despite its self-balancing two-wheel technology and is particularly useful for doors, lifts, indoor environments and tighter passages.
Indoor, urban and paved use – with additional versatility
The compact Genny Zero is particularly versatile for everyday mobility, including indoor environments, urban areas, pavements and paved paths.
It is not restricted to perfectly smooth surfaces. The standard configuration provides approximately 102 mm minimum ground clearance and can negotiate obstacles up to approximately 50 mm from a stationary position.
Suitable uneven surfaces can therefore also be used within the intended operating limits. Surface conditions, obstacles, gradients, lateral slopes, weather and the individual abilities of the rider must always be considered.
Users who regularly travel over substantially more demanding terrain should discuss with PT Pro whether the compact standard configuration or the terrain-oriented Genny Zero XR better suits their requirements.
Öhlins suspension on the Advanced specification
A key feature of the Genny Zero Advanced is the Öhlins suspension system.
The premium suspension complements the active self-balancing driving concept and allows the vehicle setup to be adapted to the user and preferred driving characteristics.
Together with the premium quilted seat cushion, it forms an important part of the Advanced equipment specification.
Individually configured seating, backrest and equipment
The seating and backrest solution of a Genny Zero should always suit the individual rider. Different seating, backrest, handle and comfort solutions can be selected depending on requirements.
PT Pro therefore does not simply apply a rigid equipment package. Seating, backrest, side handles, suspension, accessories and other individual requirements are discussed before ordering.

GENNY ZERO MD – medical device for personal mobility
GENNY ZERO MD is intended as a self-balancing medical mobility device and electric wheelchair for personal mobility.
This does not mean that the vehicle is automatically suitable for every user. Physical requirements, safe controllability and intended use must always be considered individually.
PT Pro therefore recommends a personal test ride, assessment and instruction before long-term use.
Black Genny Zero – individualisation by PT Pro
The Black Genny Zero is deliberately not presented as an additional official Genny Mobility factory colour.
It was created in response to specific customer requests and is offered by PT Pro with custom paintwork. This allows customers who prefer a Black Genny Zero to choose this appearance even though Black is not part of the regular manufacturer colour programme.
The technical vehicle remains an original Genny Zero Advanced. The individualisation relates to the corresponding body panels.
Other individual paint or wrapping requests can also be assessed on request. Confirmation is provided only after technical feasibility and the required work have been reviewed.
Why is the Black Genny Zero available by enquiry?
This version requires an individual enquiry for two reasons: Genny Zero should be configured to suit the individual rider, and the Black custom finish is separately commissioned by PT Pro.
Body height, body weight, functional abilities, trunk stability, intended use, seating, backrest, accessories and the requested visual finish are therefore discussed before ordering.
The Black Genny Zero is intentionally not available for direct online checkout from PT Pro. Following your enquiry, we configure the vehicle and prepare an individual quotation including the requested custom paintwork.
Vehicle price and custom paintwork
Black is not a standard manufacturer colour. The cost of the PT Pro custom paintwork is therefore calculated individually according to the required finish and work involved.
The binding total price is based on the selected Genny Zero configuration, custom paintwork, optional accessories and any additional services required for the destination country.
All applicable costs are shown transparently in the individual PT Pro quotation before a binding order is placed.
