Payment options

The following means of payment are available for online purchases in our shop:

pre-payment

When ordering on pre-payment, you will receive an e-mail after the order is completed, in which you will find our bank details. This e-mail also contains the purpose of the payment, which you should indicate on your bank transfer. If you have ordered by phone, mail or e-mail, please simply enter your customer number (please ask our staff to give you this number; if you have already received a PDF file with your order details, you will find it in the top right-hand corner).

In the shop, you simply use PayPal by selecting it as your payment method during the order process. Shortly before completing your order you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you can make your payment. After successful completion of the payment PayPal will redirect you back to our shop to enable you to complete your order.

Credit card

You can pay conveniently with your credit card: After you have placed your order, we reserve the invoice amount and charge your credit card only at the time of delivery.
For many credit cards the 3D-Secure procedure is already activated. You can obtain further information on this from your card-issuing bank or here from Visa (Verified by Visa), here from MasterCard (Securecode) and here from American Express (SafeKey).
