Here you will find InfoKeys, spare parts and accessories for Segway PT i2 and x2 models of the Gen2 and SE generations. The range includes programmed and unprogrammed InfoKeys, displays, circuit boards, housing parts, battery covers, seals, batteries, holders and protection solutions.
PT Pro repairs and programs Segway PT InfoKeys. Depending on the fault, push buttons, displays, housings and various electronic components can be repaired. Suitable replacement and spare InfoKeys can be programmed for the specific vehicle.

Segway PT InfoKey – programmed, unprogrammed and replacement keys
A Segway PT InfoKey does not automatically work with every vehicle. The InfoKey must be suitable for the specific Segway PT and programmed accordingly.
PT Pro offers suitable InfoKeys both unprogrammed and programmed for the specific vehicle. For programming, we require the Segway PT serial number and suitable proof of ownership.
PT Pro can program suitable InfoKeys in-house. This is useful, for example, if an InfoKey has been lost, can no longer be repaired or if an additional spare InfoKey is required.
Repair the InfoKey instead of replacing it completely
A defective InfoKey does not automatically need to be replaced. Depending on the fault, PT Pro can inspect, repair or replace individual components.

If a repair is no longer technically or economically reasonable, we can check whether a suitable replacement InfoKey can be programmed.
Why a second InfoKey can be useful
For regularly used Segway PT vehicles, we recommend keeping two functioning InfoKeys clearly assigned to the vehicle whenever practical.
If the only available InfoKey fails or is lost, the Segway PT cannot initially be operated normally. A second InfoKey reduces the risk of vehicle downtime.
A second InfoKey can be particularly useful for:
- regularly used private Segway PT vehicles
- companies and commercially operated Segway PT vehicles
- tour operators
- wheelchairs and seating systems based on the Segway PT platform
Which InfoKey spare part do I need?
Button responds poorly or not at all:
Have the InfoKey or push button checked.
Display damaged or partially failed:
Have the display and electronics checked.
Housing damaged:
Select the appropriate front or rear housing or replacement housing component.
Battery cover or seal damaged:
Use the appropriate replacement part.
InfoKey only works at very short range:
First check the CR2430 battery and then the radio communication.
InfoKey lost:
Check whether a programmed replacement InfoKey can be provided.
Protect your Segway PT InfoKey
Many InfoKey failures are caused by drops, mechanical stress or loss. This category therefore includes spare parts as well as different mounting and protection solutions.
Depending on the application, these include holders, protective rings, housing components and other InfoKey accessories.
The appropriate solution depends on how the InfoKey is used in everyday operation, for example on a privately used Segway PT, a commercial vehicle or in a tour fleet.
