Consoles & Body Panels

Here you will find console, housing and body panel parts for Segway PT i2 and x2 models of the Gen2 and SE generations. The range includes housings, console covers, fascia trim, rider mats, seals, covers and other components for the Segway PT powerbase.

Damaged housing and body components should not be considered purely cosmetic. Depending on the component, they help protect underlying parts against dirt, moisture or mechanical damage.

Gen2 and SE use different components in several areas. Please check the model and compatibility information provided with each product before ordering.

Segway PT console, housing and body panels

The Segway PT console is located behind the LeanSteer and between the two rider mats. The design, housing and trim components differ between the Segway PT Gen2 and SE generations.

This category contains housings, console and body components and related replacement parts for Segway PT i2 and x2. Always select replacement parts according to the specific vehicle generation.

Segway PT Gen2 and SE – check compatibility

Gen2 and SE components are not automatically interchangeable. This applies to various housing, console and trim components.

PT Pro therefore specifies compatibility for each individual product. Before ordering, check whether the vehicle is a Segway PT Gen2 or SE and whether the component is intended for i2, x2 or both models.

Inspect damaged housings and console covers

Damage to a housing or console cover is not necessarily only cosmetic. Cracks and other damage can compromise the protection of components located underneath.

If moisture or dirt can enter the assembly, the damaged component should be inspected and replaced where necessary. Depending on the vehicle, PT Pro supplies original Segway parts as well as suitable PT Pro versions.

Fascia and powerbase trim for Segway PT

The fascia forms part of the trim around the Segway PT powerbase. Suitable front and rear trim components are available for different Gen2 and SE configurations.

In addition to replacing damaged components, different versions and colours can also be used to customise the appearance of the Segway PT.

Rider mats and rider detection sensors

The rider mats provide the standing surface and protect the rider detection sensors underneath. They must be correctly positioned on the powerbase and should be checked for correct fit and damage before riding.

PT Pro supplies suitable rider mats and related components for replacement and different applications.

Covers, seals and individual components

Smaller components can also be important for correct assembly and protection of the powerbase. Depending on the model, these include seals, console covers, covers for lighting or electronic areas and other mounting and trim components.

Damaged components should be replaced with the appropriate part rather than unsuitable improvised solutions.

Working on the console and powerbase

Before carrying out work on a Segway PT, the vehicle must be switched off and disconnected from the power supply. Some trim components and rider mats are comparatively easy to access, but work on electronic or safety-relevant components underneath should be carried out by qualified personnel.

The console itself should not be opened without the appropriate technical expertise. Segway states that there are no user-serviceable parts inside the console.

PT Pro replacement parts for Segway PT Gen2 and SE

PT Pro supplies a wide range of individual console, housing and body components for Segway PT i2 and x2. Depending on the technical condition, damaged components can therefore be replaced individually without unnecessarily replacing larger assemblies.

If you are unsure which component fits your Segway PT, first identify the vehicle generation and the specific replacement part required.
