The complete kit combines two black Omeo fender extensions with a fully assembled PT Pro wheel set consisting of full matte black 5-spoke alloy wheels and SunF Intermedia 21x7-10 tyres.

Complete Omeo Off-Road Kit including fender extensions
The kit contains the essential components required for the conversion. In addition to the two fully assembled off-road wheels, the set includes the matching black Omeo fender extensions for the left and right side.
The fender extensions are fitted to the existing narrow Omeo fenders. This adapts the wheel coverage to the wider 21x7-10 tyres without requiring the original narrow fenders to be completely replaced.

How to convert a road Omeo to the off-road configuration
The conversion concept is deliberately straightforward. The existing narrow road configuration can be changed to the wider off-road configuration in only a few steps.
- Remove the narrow i2 road wheels
- Install the Omeo fender extensions on the existing left and right fenders
- Fit the fully assembled PT Pro SunF 21x7-10 wheels
- Check secure fastening, clearance and tyre pressure
This allows the Omeo to be converted from the narrow road configuration to the wider PT Pro off-road configuration.
Important: Wheels and tyres are safety-relevant vehicle components. Installation must be carried out correctly. After conversion, the correct fit of the wheels, secure fastening, sufficient clearance and correct tyre pressure must be checked.
SunF Intermedia 21x7-10 – PT Pro recommendation for off-road use
The SunF Intermedia 21x7-10 places a stronger emphasis on use away from paved surfaces. PT Pro recommends this tyre particularly for suitable off-road wheelchairs and seated mobility systems where this tyre size and configuration are technically appropriate.
Compared with a more road-oriented all-round tyre, its tread has a more off-road-focused character. This makes it particularly interesting for Omeo users who spend a greater proportion of their time on suitable unpaved surfaces.
Depending on surface conditions, weather and the individual situation, these can include suitable gravel tracks, forest paths, field tracks and grass surfaces.
Full matte black PT Pro 5-spoke alloy wheels
In this version, the SunF Intermedia tyres are mounted on full matte black PT Pro 5-spoke alloy wheels.
This also visually distinguishes this configuration from the lower-priced PT Pro wheel version with a visible aluminium rim edge. On this version, the rim, spokes and outer edge provide a consistently black appearance.
The tyres are already mounted on the alloy wheels and supplied as a fully assembled PT Pro wheel set. There is therefore no need to source or assemble the tyres and wheels separately.
Why does the Omeo require fender extensions?
The narrow i2 road wheels require considerably less lateral space than the wider 21x7-10 off-road wheels. For this reason, the kit includes the matching Omeo fender extensions.
The black extensions are fitted to the existing narrow fenders on the left and right sides, extending their coverage for the wider wheel and tyre combination.
The existing road configuration therefore does not have to be permanently abandoned. The Omeo can be converted for off-road use and later changed back to another suitable wheel configuration if required.
SunF Intermedia or Vee Rubber?
PT Pro offers different 21x7-10 wheel and tyre configurations for the Omeo. The most suitable version depends primarily on the intended use.
Vee Rubber 21x7-10: the more balanced all-round solution for users who regularly move between paved routes and suitable unpaved surfaces. Its continuous centre rib supports very good rolling characteristics on firm ground.
SunF Intermedia 21x7-10: the more off-road-focused PT Pro option for suitable off-road wheelchairs and seated mobility systems. This version is particularly interesting when a greater proportion of the intended use is on unpaved terrain.
The choice should therefore be based on the actual use of the Omeo rather than simply selecting the most aggressive-looking tread pattern.
Road Omeo or off-road Omeo?
Both configurations have different advantages.
Narrow road wheels: keep the Omeo more compact and are particularly practical for indoor use, doorways, paved surfaces and transportation.
SunF Intermedia off-road configuration: provides wider and more off-road-focused tyres for users who want to use their Omeo more frequently on suitable unpaved surfaces.
The conversion concept makes it possible to adapt the wheel configuration to the intended use.
Effect of off-road tyres on range and handling
Wider and more heavily treaded tyres can change the handling characteristics of the Omeo. Tyres and tyre pressure influence rolling resistance, traction, comfort and energy consumption.
Rider weight, speed, terrain, gradients, temperature and riding style also affect the actual achievable range.
A range achieved or specified with narrow road tyres should therefore not automatically be applied to the SunF off-road configuration or more demanding terrain.
Important difference from the original Omeo Technology Off-Road Kit
This product is an Omeo off-road solution assembled by PT Pro and is not identical to the original Omeo Technology Off-Road Kit.
The original Omeo Technology Off-Road Kit uses a different wheel and tyre configuration with 20x8-10 turf tyres. This PT Pro conversion kit instead combines SunF Intermedia 21x7-10 tyres, full matte black PT Pro 5-spoke alloy wheels and Omeo fender extensions.
