Genny Zero XR Kit – larger wheels for more demanding surfaces
The original Genny Zero XR Kit upgrades the Genny Zero with a larger and significantly wider wheel configuration. It has been developed by Genny for more demanding and uneven surfaces and combines larger complete wheels, matching protective mudguards and a dedicated XR software configuration.
The larger and wider wheels increase the contact area and overall track width. This changes the chassis geometry and driving dynamics of the Genny Zero. The manufacturer describes the XR configuration as designed to provide increased stability and control on more demanding surfaces.

Please note: The overall width of approx. 86 cm should be taken into account when using doors, lifts, ramps, vehicle loading systems and other narrow passages.
What are the benefits of the larger XR tyres?
The XR wheels use larger and wider tyres than the standard configuration. This increases the contact area and widens the track. Together with the dedicated software configuration, the XR setup is designed to provide a progressive and more controlled response on uneven and more demanding surfaces.
The XR Kit is therefore particularly relevant for Genny Zero users who regularly travel over changing, uneven or more demanding surfaces and want to extend the range of environments in which their vehicle can be used.
Ground clearance
The larger wheels change the vehicle geometry of the XR configuration. However, the manufacturer currently does not provide a binding specification for the additional ground clearance in centimetres. PT Pro therefore deliberately does not publish a calculated or estimated value as a technical specification.
XR mudguards
The kit includes mudguards specifically designed for the wider XR wheels for both the right and left side of the vehicle, including the required mounting brackets.
The mudguards provide additional protection around the larger and wider wheels. According to the manufacturer, they feature a quick-mounting system and a surface designed to reduce the adhesion of dirt and debris.

Important: Only the hardware components listed above are included with this product.
XR software configuration required
The XR wheel configuration changes the wheel size, track width, weight distribution and driving dynamics of the Genny Zero. The designated XR software configuration is therefore required for proper operation.
The self-balancing algorithm is adapted to the wider track, larger wheels and modified vehicle configuration. Hardware and software must therefore be considered as a coordinated system when converting a Genny Zero to the XR configuration.
The required software configuration is not included with this hardware kit. It must be carried out by a suitably qualified Genny Zero dealer.
Before converting your Genny Zero, please check with your responsible dealer whether they are already able to carry out the required XR software configuration.
The options and requirements for software updates may change as a result of future manufacturer releases and software versions. The manufacturer's requirements applicable at the time of conversion always take precedence.
Original Genny components
The XR Kit is a combination of wheels, mudguards and software configuration specifically developed for the Genny Zero. Only the original components approved for this configuration should be used to ensure the intended function and system setup.
