The Genny Zero Basis (MD) is more than just a balance wheelchair; it represents a new and superior level of mobility.
With the Fly Kid (accessory), the Genny Zero can now also be easily transported by airlines. The batteries can remain in the device and are simply disconnected from the device and secured by the Fly Kid. This can be done within 1-3 minutes at the gate, so that the wheelchair can then be easily pushed by airport staff and packed into the cargo hold.
The basic model can be upgraded later, e.g. with the Öhlins shock absorber and other accessories.
We recommend ordering every Genny Zero in a specially designed shipping box. The shipping box (plastic pallet that can be folded to save space) will be used in the future so that we can easily, quickly and safely transport the device to us for service work or repairs by freight forwarder.
What additional costs are incurred:
1. Importer costs from Switzerland to the United Kingdom: €230 (may vary!)
2. Genny Zero plastic pallet box: €185 (may vary!)
3. One-off TÜV+ approval for the UK at 20 km/h: €550 (may vary!)
The Genny Zero basic model without additional accessories, in the shipping crate, with TÜV and approval for Germany at 20 km/h, therefore comes to a total price of €17,141.40 gross.
Please note that when purchasing as a complete set (Genny + box + MOT, etc.), only 7% VAT is charged. If, for example, you order a pallet, MOT approval or accessories individually, 19% VAT will be charged. It is therefore worth ordering all the necessary accessories at the same time as purchasing the Genny Zero and benefiting from the reduced VAT rate of 7% instead of 19%.
