Experience Mobility on Two Wheels for Yourself
The Genny Zero is not a conventional electric wheelchair. It rides on two wheels and balances itself using its electronic balance technology. Acceleration is controlled by shifting your body weight forward. To slow down and brake, you shift your body weight backward.
This creates a particularly direct and active riding feel. The Genny Zero is extremely manoeuvrable, can turn on the spot, and reaches speeds of up to 20 km/h – depending on the setting and the applicable regulations.
But technical specifications only explain part of the Genny Zero. What matters is how it feels when you ride it yourself. That’s exactly what you can try at REHACARE.
Under guidance, you’ll get to know the Genny Zero step by step. Experience for yourself,

- what accelerating and braking feel like
- how manoeuvrable a two-wheeled balance wheelchair can be

Whether the Genny Zero is right for you doesn’t depend on a diagnosis alone. What matters most is your individual functional ability and whether you can safely operate the vehicle. A test ride can therefore never be replaced by a product description.

At REHACARE, you can get to know the manufacturer’s three pre-configured Genny Zero models:
Genny Zero Basic
The functional base version of the Genny Zero.
Genny Zero Plus
With additional Öhlins seat suspension for extra riding and seating comfort.
Genny Zero Advance
With more extensive comfort features, including Öhlins seat suspension, tall folding side bars and a padded comfort cushion.
At PT Pro, You’re Not Limited to These Three Configurations
Basic, Plus and Advance show different equipment and comfort levels and give you a good sense of orientation at the show. Afterwards, PT Pro can put together your own Genny Zero individually, based on your requirements and preferences.
Would you like specific comfort features but don’t need every component of a pre-configured model? Then we’ll put together the right combination for you together. After your test ride, we can discuss your desired features directly at REHACARE, configure your personal Genny Zero and calculate the exact price.
You’ll get to know Basic, Plus and Advance – and on request, we’ll configure your own Genny Zero individually for you.

Free Genny Zero Software Update at REHACARE 2026
Then REHACARE is worth a visit for you too. PT Pro isn’t just there for Genny Zero riders before and during purchase – technical support, service and the ongoing development of the vehicles are just as much a part of what we do. At REHACARE, we’re offering existing Genny Zero customers a free software update.
New Software Version for Your Genny Zero
According to the manufacturer, the update includes improvements to the parking process as well as enhancements to operation, stabilisation, and service and diagnostic functions. The improved Park Assist supports a more stable process when lowering and raising the parking supports. Also new is the PARK-OFF function: with the parking supports lowered and under the conditions specified by the manufacturer, the motors can be switched off via the STOP button while the user remains seated on the Genny Zero.
Service Interval Extended from 750 to 1,000 km
With the new software version, the regular service interval is extended from the previous 750 km to 1,000 km. From 1,000 km, the service display will indicate that maintenance is due. If the required service is not carried out, vehicle performance will additionally be reduced from 1,500 km onward until the service has been completed.

Please bring your Genny Zero to the show. Sufficient time should be allowed for the full update, so we recommend arranging an appointment in advance so we can prepare well for your visit. The software update at REHACARE is free of charge for existing Genny Zero customers.

Yes. At REHACARE you can get to know the Genny Zero and try it out yourself under guidance.
Do I need an appointment for the test ride?
No. You’re also welcome to drop by spontaneously. However, a prior appointment helps us prepare for your visit and allow enough time for you.
Which Genny Zero models are on site?
At REHACARE you can get to know the manufacturer’s pre-configured Basic, Plus and Advance models. At PT Pro, your later Genny Zero can also be individually put together according to your requirements and equipment preferences.
Can I individually configure my Genny Zero at the show?
Yes. After your test ride, we can put together your desired features together and determine the specific price of your personal configuration.
Can I get a specific quote at REHACARE?
Yes. We can create a personal quote for you based on your configuration and send it to you by email while you’re still at the show.
Do I have to decide immediately after the test ride?
No. A test ride and consultation don’t obligate you to buy. But if you’d like to take the next step, we can already largely prepare it at the show.
Can I clarify questions about vehicle inspection, registration, insurance or driving licences?
Yes. PT Pro knows the practical processes around the Genny Zero in Germany and can discuss your questions with you individually.
Does PT Pro also support a possible cost coverage process?
Yes. We can explain the basic process and discuss which information and documents may be relevant for a possible cost coverage process.
